The high concentration bleaching tower is the bleaching action unit for high consistency pulp and mainly used for the high concentration hydrogen peroxide bleaching. The pulp flows into the tower from the top, stays for a certain time and then discharges from the discharge screw at the tower bottom. Compared with moderate concentration hydrogen peroxide bleaching, the high concentration one can more effectively enhance the pulp white content, save hydrogen peroxide consumption and reduce the pulp bleaching cost.
