As a difficulty for the paper factories, the treatment of paper making sewage demands high technology and cost and challenges the survival of the factories today when the nation and citizen make more account of environmental protection. Our patented CAFP cavitation flotation precipitator based on the advanced overseas technology well solves this problem.
CAFP cavitation flotation system is specially designed for removing the grease, jell and solid suspended substances in the industry and municipal sewage. This system can better separate these matters from the waste water. With the help of chemical flocculent, CAFP cavitation flotation system can greatly reduce the contents of BOD and COD in the industrial sewage, make the treated sewage reach the emission standard and consequently solve the pollution problem while reducing the water pollution charge. In addition, the byproducts generated during waste water treatment often can be recovered and reused.
II. Advantages of CAFP cavitation flotation unit
A. Low investment
CAFP cavitation flotation unit can remove the grease, jell, solid suspended substances, BOD and COD in the sewage to greatly reduce the size of biochemical secondary treatment unit for the chemical pulping intermediate period waste water (where the waste paper is used as raw material, the waste water created by the deinking and bleaching processes can meet the emission standard without biochemical secondary treatment) and can even omit the biochemical treatment process to meet the emission standard directly to reduce the overall investment to a great extent.
B. Low running cost
The complete CAFP cavitation flotation unit demands low power, about 1/8 ~ 1/10 of conventional dissolved-air flotation power consumption, requires little maintenance and manual operation or can achieve attendee-free operation.
C. High efficiency
Reverse to the conventional grease collector (the gravity settling basin and separator tank), CAFP removes the solid sludge from the waste water automatically and continuously. The sludge removal and storage is made in terms of concentration and the peak concentration of floating sludge can reach to 5% approximately, which reduces the cost for the sludge treatment.
D. Superior performance
The treatment capacity of CAFP cavitation flotation unit is 5-2000m3/h. Equipment of different flow is available depending on the customer's demand. The water flowing into CAFP need not keep balance and the equipment can maintain normal operation even if the flow changes. Under normal condition, the removal rate of grease and solid suspended substance (SS) exceeds 95%. Apparently, the load of COD and BOD is greatly reduced while the grease and solid suspended substance are removed. In general, the removal rate of COD can be up to 75 - 85%.
E. Easy operation
CAFP cavitation flotation unit is easy, consists of two mechanical parts and requires no manual participation.
F. Effluvium relief
The waste water treatment to CAFP cavitation flotation unit is an aerobic process and the sludge is removed under fresh state, which well solves the effluvium problem created by the grease collector (the gravity settling basin and separator tank). On the other hand, it increases the possibility of solid reuse and reduces the treatment trouble.
G. Easy installation
The civil work for supporting CAFP cavitation flotation unit is little. This unit can be mounted on the ground, under the ground or on a high level in short time.
H. Small floor area
The floor area for the installation of cavitation flotation unit with a treatment capacity of 5 ~ 500m3/h is about 2.5 ~ 90m2.
