The inclined screw preheater is the support equipment for high consistency hydrogen peroxide bleaching system and used for the preheating and feeding of high consistency pulp. The high consistency pulp after concentration enters the preheater through the pulp inlet and discharges to the pulp outlet under the function of screw blades; meanwhile the pulp is pre-heated by the steam. When the pulp reaches the temperature required for bleaching, it will fall into the high consistency mixer from the pulp outlet. The special design flight of the preheater can effectively loosen and beat the pulp while pushing it to allow uniform heating of pulp and enhance the pulp bleaching quality.
