Ⅰ. Introduction:
HX series fiber recovery machine recovers the fiber in the waste water through the principle of millipore filtration. The filtration by 15 - 20μm pore is called millipore filtration. As mechanical filtering means, millipore filtration is suitable for separating the minim suspended substance (the pulp fiber) in the liquid to the most extent to realize the solid and fluid phase separation. Compared with other filtration means, the millipore filtration has smaller filter media gap and higher flow rate with the help of screen mesh centrifugal force under lower water resistance to trap the suspended solid.
This equipment is specially developed to solve the problems of easy to clog, break, difficult to maintain and high secondary investment of available fiber recovery machine. It is one of the best equipment for paper waste handling.
This equipment adopts the technology of New Zealand Wanquan and is developed against the situation of China.
